It Leads Me Through The Streets At Night

We went to our friend Andrea's art show.

Since the last time we got together, practically everyone's gone Vegan!

Andrea's work is very delicate and intricate. This group of etchings is called "Nuclear Summer." There were depictions of little people hiding in bomb shelters, with explosions going on outside in the night sky. Still, I got the overall feeling that it was cheerful and upbeat. Maybe because I know her and she's such a sweet person.

Davey Against The Big Bright Colors

I like this wall. It reminds me of something that should be at The Standard.

I don't think I could live with it everyday though.

Jim Lane's band played later at the Airliner. He was the king of that show. It was his night to shine. Dave and I were very happy for him. (photo by: Gia Jordan)

Clothed Descending A Staircase

This stairway has seen some serious spills. I'm sure that was blood.

Desire Moore gave me a hug. I haven't seen her since I choked her and spit on her in a movie.

Cindy Crawford hugged me too. We go way back.

She's still fucking crazy. It's awesome.

Not Many Options

Instead of opting for the floor or a trashcan, I had to squat over one.

Alexandra's Birthday Party

It's been a long time since I've hung out at a bar until closing. My body fell right back into the old rhythms of yelling out drink orders, and pushing people out of the way to the bathroom line.

Two Giant Beers Feel Like Twenty

I forgot about gnarly hangovers. Especially Pabst Blue Ribbon ones. Another really good reason not to drink. Sometimes I have to refresh my memory.
