Richard Prince - Adult Comedy Action Drama

When you look at the work of Richard Prince, you may say to yourself, "Why didn't I think of that?" I went to his exibition "Check Paintings" at Gagosian Gallery over the summer and really enjoyed the work. He did these huge paintings and pasted his Sponge Bob Square Pants checks on them along with a joke- well, there was a little more to it. He also is known for taking photos of photographs and I have a book where he has just taken photos of books. You may know is work from the last Sonic Youth album Sonic Nurse.
